We have our own construction company that will help in every phase of the work, starting from the "Placement Permit" all the way down to the "Final Occupancy Permit". If it's not difficult enough to worry about the home now you have to worry about the construction part of it and that's were we come in and help organize and smooth the transition so no issue is left out when installing a new home. There could be some many variables that the county/city can throw at you that you feel like you haven't got a clue of how to get it handled.
